Scott is exactly as he advertised himself on the company's team page: a master inspector. We are really impressed by how thorough he was during the inspection, finding and documenting every big or small issue. Scott found a small leakage in the basement that two experienced water proofing company agents couldn't find. I was also so impressed by how generous he was with his time after the inspection was over, helping us get the leakage issue figured out and agreeing also to talk to the waterproofing company people. I don't have a comparison of the price of the service to talk about the value for money. But, I think compared to the price of the property, their fee is absolutely worth it, if you are looking for a high quality inspection. Would certainly recommend. I hope he stays in the business for very long time.
